Cancellation & Refund Policy
Merchant business' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.
i-Lotus believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective goods, please report the same to Lotus Learning Pvt Ltd at the earliest. The request will, however, be entertained once Lotus Learning Pvt Ltd has checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of Lotus Learning Pvt Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint we will take the appropriate action.
Damaged Goods: to be reported within 5 working days.
